The Objective of this research to know the influence of Financial Report that cover the aspects of disclosure, earning quality and cash based liquidity have a significant influence to the company value that reflected in the stock price alternation in Jakarta Stoct Exchange. This research uses the Literature Studies that the criteria in the research literature use one of the above aspect. We use four libraries to collect the Journal, Proceeding and Thesis. The result of this research show that the aspects of disclosure, earning quality and cash based liquidity have a significant influence to the stoct price alternation.
